Ht. 5'3", Wt. 142 - On a weekday for breakfast I usually have a 100 calorie granola bar, for lunch I usually have a sandwich (I use fat free miracle whip and no cheese) or a yogurt and a 100 calorie snack bar, for snack I have a banana and some crakers or half a sandwich, something along that line, and for dinner chicken and low fat or fat free mashed potatoes, or steak, or pasta, things like that. Then for desert I have a weightwatchers ice cream bar. How do you guys think this is? I also go to the gym for an hour at least 4 days a week.
