Ht. 5'4, Wt. 155 - ive been on this special k diet for 5 days now. everythings greatt =] i havent eaten bread for 5 days either. and my snacks are usually yogurt or popcorn, so thats also good too, or thewre fruits and veggies. =]. i havent eaten really any junk food for a while either lately. alrightt well my scale is broken but i definatly think even by not eating bread and doing this plan helps me lose weight. also i excercise alott. and thats like doing 500 crunches a day. =] p.s. how do you get rid of your belly fat before you make your abs tighter. any suggestion excercies?
