Ht. 5'7, Wt. 169 - today i ate: protein bf shake (300 cals), pita + hummus (400 cals), raw pumpkin seeds (200 cals), 1/2 a bag of popcorn (175 cals) dinner will be a L. pop @ the movies (300 cals) so i total 1375 cals... I know a pop isnt a healthy dinner but i dont want to eat any other junk food crap and pop fills me up. so one day wont kill me. Im going on a date with my boyfriend teehee
