Ht. 5'7", Wt. WAS:197 IS:?? - Hi everybody! I've been looking at posts and reading everyone's excercise plan and it looks REALLY good! I personally don't have one, but I am in marching band and that's 3 hours constant movement Tuesdays/Thursdays/Sometimes Wednesdays/2 hours Fridays/2-10 hours Saturdays. It's loads of fun lol. Anyway it's been helping a lot I'm a M in most stores now as opposed to an XL. It's gonna be ending soon though, I guess I better find another way to exercise. Anybody know of a good plan?
