Message Replying To From molly, Age 16 Ht. 5'2, Wt. 166 - for breakfast i had one bowl of honey nut cherrios. lunch i had a bagle with low fat cream cheese. for a snack i had apples. for dinner i had a turkey burgar with apples and green beans. for desert i had south beach cookies and all day i drank water. does that sound good? |
