Message Replying To From missy, Age 13 Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - today's meals-breakfast:breakfast bar& one cup of skim milk=210 calories. lunch-yoCRUNCH yogurt with a bottle of water=210 calories. after school snack-lean cuisine=160 calories with a cup of skim milk=80 calories.. dinner- some lasagna=200 calories. with a cup of skim milk=80 calories. excercise-field hockey game for a half hour. was this goos for today? |
