Ht. 5'5", Wt. u dun wanna know - I feel like a porker....what do u think? Breakfast: 2 toaster waffles w/ BUTTER, bowl of berries; Lunch: tortilla wrap w/ beans, rice, beef, lettuce, cheese, and SOUR CREAM, a carton of chocolate milk, and a banana; And I will probably have a snack and then dinner still....I feel like I ate unhealthy....any tips?????????
