Ht. 5'2, Wt. 201 - This is what I had today. Breakfast mcdonalds and water. Lunch chicken and dumplings and water plus a cookie that has 170 calories. For supper kentucky fried chicken. Exercise today vollyball for 50 min basketball for 20 min, 101 crunchs, 25 pushups, 200 leg kicks on each leg, 40 one way crunch, 50 squats and 40 plie squats. How I do plus i lost 3 3/4 inches not pounds. So How I Do ??
