Message Replying To From Mandy, Age 15 Ht. 5"6, Wt. 185lbs - ive had a really bad week emotionally but ive still don 30-60 mins of exercise every day :) today B-2 weet-bix with milk, L- chicken and salad sandwhich, s- kiwi fruit and low fat strawberry mousse, D- chicken kabab with lettice, tomaato, oinon ... exercise- 20 mins on treademill , 20 mins on bike and i walked to the gym and back and it takes 15 mins so thats another 30 mins aaaaannd i walked home form school - 15 mins. mmmm |
