Message Replying To From missy, Age 13 Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - breakfast-apple w/ a breakfast bar& a glass of skim milk. lunch-apple w/ a yogurt& water. dinner idk? snack after school- lean cuisine sound okay? excercise- walking. gym. more info later. i'm gunna try a new thing where i don't eat after five. i heard the first week you lose 10 pounds and the rest you lose 5. i think thats pretty sweet =] |
