Ht. 5'2, Wt. 201 - This is what I had today. Breakfast ceral 110 cal 1 cup of milk 120. Lunch I had fat free pudding water payday snack pak with ham crackers and cheese. For supper Chicken Mcnuggets and powerade. Exersices basketball and jump roope except i didn't jump. Plus later on i'll do 456 exercises. How I do
