Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 176 - Ok heres another tip, because I read about someone who gained weight on her cruise and I actually LOST weight on my cruise, so for vacations: ... I lost weight on the cruise because you have to pay extra for soda there, so I only had soda once. I had water the rest of the time and ate tons of eat. And I ate a TON to, french fries, burgers, pasta with butter, ice cream. BUT, i didn't snack. I avoided the buffet during the day and really only at the meals with one small snack between breakfast and dinner. This isn't just for cruises: Let all the good activities keep your mind of of the food. If your hotel has a gym, take advantage of it! they might even offer classes for a small price that can turn out really really fun. Do lots of swimming at the hotel pool. In some places (like disney) you do a lot of walking, and that adds up. don't make food the highlight of your vacation, its not the reason your there!
