Ht. 5'2, Wt. 201 - This is what I had today breakfast ceral and milk. Lucnh some french fries and chicken mcnugets. Supper chicken with tea and a banana. Snack 2 100 cal chocolate pudding plus it was fat free. Exercise playing hide and go seek for 30 min lots of running and cardio. How I do.
