Message Replying To From Ellie, Age 17 Ht. 6'2, Wt. 215 - Food today! B-(didn't finish all the cereal.) 1 cup organic ricecrispies with 1/2 cup milk and a banana. S-balance bar. L-3 pieces sushi with 1 tbsp soy sauce, light fat free peach yogurt, 2 cups blue gatorade, two milano cookies. D-two cups salad and a potabelo and swiss sandwhich on rhye, two milano cookies, 1 cup red gatorade, 3 cups dr. pepper (bad, bad,bad). exercise- 2 hour varsity basketball practice, 1 hr tap class, ran 2 miles and 8:30 pace after practice. |
