Ht. 5'6, Wt. 157 - I really have been doing bad these past few days. I have really only started my diet and since volleyball is done my exercise has been going nowhere. I seriously binged these past few days I mean i wasn't hungry but I seriously just ate! Does anyone have any tips on how to start a fitness and diet plan. A weight loss buddy might be helpful but only if you are planning on losing 20-30 lbs. my email is sabz1128@gmail.com
