Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. S: 184 N:169 CG: 165 - Food today: breakfast: lowfat cheese toast (melted on whole gran ENglish muffin), lowsugar lowfatn hot chocolate/Snack: Grapes/Lunch: chicken noodle and veggie soup, rol with ORganic SMart Blalance (SO good...rich and creamy and tastes like butter yet it is made with the right balalnce of fat)/SNack: Yo Crunch yogurt w/ grape-nut crunchies/DInner: soy chicken nuggets, seet potato, string beans, salad, pear and milk. I"ll try to get some exercise i, but i have my period and can't do a lot physically. How did I do?
