Message Replying To From missy, Age 13 Ht. 5'4, Wt. 165 - breakfast-banana chocolate chip small muffin with a banana& lowfat milk. lunch-tuna sandwich with a bottle of water and a 60 calorie yogurt. snack after school- 2 little brownie bites and a string cheese thing. dinner- boiled hotdog. exercise-dance for two hours possibly ddr after dance for like 20 minutes. i know the 2 brownies and hotdog wasnt the best but otherwise am i off to a good start? |
