Message Replying To From Isabella, Age 13 Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. S:184 N:169 CG:165 - P.S. Food today: Breakfast 2lowfat, whole grain frozen pancakes with pumpkin butter (not actual butter, LOL), 2 lean slices Canadian bacon/Snack: soy crisps/Lunch: leftover chicken breas (with 1 once of melted cheese on top)/SNack: grapes and Speacial K bar/DInner: pasta and tuna, salad, pear, glass of lowfat milk. I know I didn't get too much dairy in today...but i figure it's a start. I'm gonna try to drink more milk, too. I heard it's suppossed to keep teens leaner. WHat do you guys think? |
