Message Replying To From ~*Kaylee*~, Age 14 Ht. 5'3", Wt. 148lbs - today was pretty good. BREAKFAST: 1/2 a poppy seed muffin and a banana LUNCH: Turkey sandwitch SNACK: Apple DINNER: Lean Cuisine meal, steamed carrots, glass of milk and a little bit of chips and salas EXERSICE: Ran 2-3 miles, PE workouts and 1/2 court B-ball with no dribbling so you had to ran, get open and pass quick. REMINDER TO SELF: "Chubby on the couch or thin enough to sit on his lap" |
