Ht. 5'8, Wt. S: 183 N: 173 G:145 - This is in response to Missy who asked how long It took me to lose 10 lbs and how i did it: it took me a little over a month, and basically i just ate healthy and tried to eat about 1500 calories a day. I excercised 6 days a week, a mix of cardio and strength training.
