Ht. 5'2, Wt. 198 - I lost 2 pounds and 3 23/24 inches lost since october 25. I lost 16 inches all together. This what I had today. Breakfast 3/4 cup of ceral 1/2 cup of milk and water. Lunch lean cusine,chocolate pudding 100 cal, oreos 100 cal pak and water. For supper 2 helpings of chilli and stir fry and water. For exercise cardio. plus 30 min on softball. Please reply. How I do.
