Ht. 5'1", Wt. 158 - So...I have lost 8 pounds. Which, I think is pretty good. But I want to lose about 30 more pounds. So far I have tried to cut calories, I have cut soda from my diet, I drink a lot of water, and I walk and work harder when I walk to and from places. I don't get home until about 4:30, so I always feel exhausted and not able to exercise. I think I have a plan, but I'm not sure. Do any of you have any suggestions?
