Message Replying To From _-Amy-_, Age 14 Ht. 5'1'', Wt. 130 - Ok so i have been on here before but never stuck with posting so i am going to start again. i lost 8 pounds before but gained 3 back so i have been maintaining a weight of 129 130ish for about a month. i have a cool motivation thing set up. if i can loose 20 pounds or however much it takes for me to feel comfy by january 5 i can get my belly button peirced! ok so today : breakfast- half a mini whole grain bagel with barely any cream cheese, lunch- salad with a little cheese and half a cookie, snack- turkey on whole grain bread, no condiments, dinner- salad with a little chicken and a cheese stick. i also had 4 gummi bears :) for exercise we di tae bo in PE. also does anyone know about T-Tapp? im starting that tonite. |
