Ht. 5'4, Wt. 164 - breakfast-multi grain choco chip cereal bar with a bowl of kashi go lean cereal mixed with yogurt...that is the best. lunch-grilled chicken sandiwch with mayonaisse. snack-idk. i jsut might wait til dinner or if i have a snack possibly yogurt. dinner- ??. exercise-lots of DDR with my friend tonight. is this good?
