S:184 N:*167* CG:165 - Food today: Breakfast: 3 (a serving) of fat free, whole grain frozen pancakes with pumpkin butter, 1 slice of Candian bacon (lean ham)~~Snack: fruit cup~~Lunch: turkey and cheese sandwhich, pudding, 1 whole banana~~Snack: bowl of butternut squash soup~~Dinner: (we went out, yah for the weekend!)1 fillet of salmon, 1 cup mixed veggies, 1 small white potato, frozen fat-free yogurt~~Exercise: 30 min. cardio and strength trainign DVD
