Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. S:184 N:*167* CG:165 - THanks guys! ;0) Today was way better. Breakfast: English muffin melt (fat frre slice of cheese, 1 slice lean ham), a fruit yogurt, a banana, and a lowfat hot chocolate/Lunch: Grilled premade health-food store sandwhich (0 grams of trans fat, 1.5 grams of saturated fat) inside was lean sausage, peppers, and onions, then I had 3 slices of pickles/Snack: a little bad...3 lsices bread with Smart Balalnce spread/Dinner: chicken with tomato sauce, serving of green veggie stir-fry, roasted potatoes, 1 square pure dark chocolate. How did i do? DId I do better for getting back on track??
