Ht. 4'2", Wt. 199 - This is what I had today. Breakfast 120 cal. and water. Lunch 2 devil eggs and noodles and fat free fig newton and water. For supper 12 barbegue wings, poptar, and whole bottle of water. Exercise walked 1 mile, 60 crunchs, 100 leg kicks, 20 left leg kicks, 20 right leg kicks, 40 one way crunch, 20 pushups, 50 touch toes, 100 squats, 100 plie squats, 20 split squats, and 15 two way crunch.
