Ht. 5'6", Wt. 180 - ok, today i think was a bit better but anyways: BREAKFAST: 2 apples cause i didnt have enough time to make eggs, LUNCH: Jam Sandwhich & 100 calorie pack(Jam is like 20 cals for 1 tbsp, and bread was whole wheat), SUPPER: 2 apples and Kraft Dinner, only had a little bit of kraft dinner cause apples filled me up:) and at work on my break i had 2 100 calorie packs, and i snacked on a few foods i shouldnt have, but hopfully i'll do better tomorrow:) what do you guys think??
