Message Replying To From missy, Age 13 Ht. 5'4", Wt. 165 - breakfast-cinamon toast crunch cereal with a hot chocolate. lunch-a sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and some kinda cheese and 4 small cookies..dinner- ?. snack-lean cuisine. exercise-some rubber band pyhsical therapy sort of workout in gym. lol, but i chose the hardest rubber band. and i did 15 push ups and 18 situps. ehh i couldve did better. but was it okay? |
