Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Thanks a lot. |

My parents always eat lots of salad and stuff and my mom is liftime Wieght Watchers member, so it was all me. Plus I never exercised and drank soda. Those were my main problems. WHat have I done? GOtten real! Gotten smart! I read The Diet for Teenagers only and it saved my life!!! It's the best bok on the planet. It taught me everything I know about all the nutritionals an stuff. I now know what I should eat, how much, and about exercise. At times I feel dorwned by the thin people around me and the unhealthy body images and food ads, but you know what, I'm not meant to be skinny! MY family's NOT FAT, but I'm built larger arounf my hips and stuff. Like muscle, not fat, you know? PLus, I've seen that I eat alot better than some other people I know. So Alexis, read that book.
