Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Food today: Breakfast 2 whole grian fat free pancakes with 1 tb syrup and 1/2 banana, lowfat chocolate milk/Snack: South Beach Diet whole grain thin crisps/LUnch: ham and cheese sandwhich/Snack: apple and lowfat pudding, oat and honey granola bar/Dinner: veggie burger, veggie medley, roasted potato/Exercise: 40 min grueling gym session, complete with extra runnign drills, crunches, pushups, mountina climbers, etc. How did I do?
