Ht. 5'3", Wt. 145 - Oh, geesh I'm here to confess my sins for today. Breakfast: English muffin with a lot of Peanut Butter. Lunch:Turkey sandwitch then After school:Bowl of taco salad, 2 cookies, a few hard cadies Dinner:Beef borrito with chips and salso and a glass of milk. Dessert:2 more cookies (There the big Ottis Spunkmire cookies= way not good for me) Well as you can see I messed up rayaly today and I didn't do so great the last few days either. Tomorrow I'm going to eat at my favorite restaurant. Thats going to be a disater. I need to shape up my eating if I ever want to lose 20 pounds. As you can see I do really good all day untill After School. The reason I fall apart is because I have nothing to do. I need help but I don't need anyone to tell me what I did wrong because I already know, but if anyone could give me some advice for what I can do after school to keep myself busy it would be a great help. Thanks in advance.
