Ht. 5'4", Wt. 162 - Heyyy. I lost around 60 pounds 2 years ago and gained about 30 pounds back over the course of a year. Now, I'm at it again, trying to lose this weight, but this time, I'm determined to keep it off for good. I've been walking on the treadmill in the mornings for 30 minutes before school. I've been eating mostly vegetables and lean meats. I do 50 crunches a day andjust some exercises i've cut out of magazines. I also turn up my music and dance! it's so fun.
