Message Replying To From mary, Age 14 Ht. 5'3", Wt. 153 - Its morning but heres how ive done thus far. I got up; did 100 crunches, 50 girly pushups, 100 jumping jacks, and 20 min on the treadmill. For breakfast i ate a banana and a handful of grapes-150 cals, i drank some green tea, and a glass of milk-100cals. Hope everyones day goes good:) |
