Ht. 5'2", Wt. 199 - This is what I had today.Breakfast ceral 120 cal. milk 1/2 a cup ceral was3/4 of a cup. lunch 1/2 bowl of saled with ranch. 3 chicken strips potato with sour cream and butter, broccli, carrots,1 and 1/2 glass of sprite, I didn't have water because it was nasty at the restaurant,1 and 1/2 bisuts with butter and jelly. For supper Lean cusine 270 cal, and a juice. for snack a 5 cal hard candy. For exercise went shopping went to the mall, and 5 other huge stores,plus over 400 exercises. How Did I do??
