Message Replying To From Isabella, Age 13 Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - My week has be horrible food-wise, and i swear that hasn't happened to me in ages. So today I did better: breakfast: oatmeal with skim milk, low sugar hot cocoa/Snck: 1/2 banana, lowfat string cheese/Lunch: (I went out with my family) platter of roasted turkey, steamed veggies, and mashed potatoes with gravey (the lady poured on like 3x as much gray as I wanted so i had to deal, and I figure the mashed totatoes were at least better than fries and chicken fingers (which I was tempted with before). I would've had salmon but I had that for dinner last night/Diner: (here's where it's bad)I had lowfat pierogies and roasted lean chicken but i had second portios, then I had 2 pieces of chcolate and some cookies. It sucked. But instead of beating myself up, I made a game plan: 1.) NO second portions 2.)Drink more milk 3.) Eat 2 servings of feruit per day instead of one 4.) Exercise. THose are my goals for the holidays cause I'm good on veggies and all that other stuff. SOund good?? PLz reply I need some honest hlp getting back on track so I can be 165 by New Years!!! |
