Ht. 5'2", Wt. 199 - I don't think I did so bad. Breakfast cereal with water. for lunch Lean Cusine with fig newtons and 4-10 100 cal pak Chip the Ayoh. For supper 1 1/2 servings of chilli crackers and almost a whole bottle of water. For snack milk and 1 cookie maybe If I feel like it.
