Message Replying To From Alicia, Age 14 Ht. 5'3", Wt. 180 - I wondering if you guys could give me tips and exercising ideas. I am totally comitted to losing weight I just need more exercise. I am going to take it slow but because of my genes it goes sorta faster and I'm worried that it isn't healthy. But then when I eat a BUNCH of carbs I gain. So I was wondering if it is healthy to eat lots of fruits and veggies, some meat and some carbs because you know everyone is different. Also I have a treadmill and a gazelle machine. I was thinking 10 mins running and 20 mins gazelle everyday along with lots and lots of water. I also love green tea because it's good for you and it clears skin very well. Also, would anyone like to be weightloss buddies because I really need someone to help me and i can motivate you too! :) |
