Ht. 5'2", Wt. 139 - heyy guys im new to this but i figured it would help if i have some motivation. I went to the doctors today and they said i should lose 10-20 pounds to be at a healthy weight for my height..i agree i do need to lose weight. I am starting cheerleading and all the other girls are skinny and i dont wanna be that fat cheerleader that everyone makes fun of. and plus i just wanna feel happy. I have the problem of eating when im sad or upset and im doing it again cuz of this boy..but i need to stop. I have a membership to the gym but my membership card is pretty dusty lol so i need to start going again and eating right. A couple years ago i lost a lot of weight on weight watchers and im gunna try it again it really worked for me. So i hope that i lose weight and thanksgiving is coming up and i am deffinitely eating lol but the monday of next week i am starting and ill let u know how i do. Good luck to all of u out there trying to lose weight! We can do it!!
