Ht. 5'6", Wt. 170 - k guys tell me if this meal plan sounds good/ im trying to lose weight and get more iron in me as well. breakfast- either a scrambled egg with dry wheat toast or just an apple lunch- nutri grain bar, carrots, sugar snapped peas, and other veggies dinner- red meat (steak or something) with green veggies like asparagas, peppers, and green beans snack throughout day- apple
