Ht. 5'5", Wt. 153 - Hey, people! Ugh, losing weight is so hard, but I a sport that helps you lose tons of weight,jump rope. It's tiring at first, but it helps build stamina and you lose tons of weight. And I know what I'm talking about. I'm on a pro jump rope team. It's also great for your heart, and it's something almost anyone can do. Although it's challenging at first, they more you practice the better you get. And it's great for building stamina for other sports. You can even start your own teams.
