Ht. 5'2", Wt. 198 - I think I pretty good today. Breafast cereal 110 cal with 1 cup of milk 120 cal. Lunch snack pak with one cookie and milk. For supper noodles and 3 servings of green beans and one helping of turkey gravy and water. for exercise lots of running. How did I do? and I didn't gain any weight over thanksgiving which is good
