Ht. 5'2", Wt. 139 - Hey guys! u all have been doing well and the holidays have been hard with keeping up but tomoro i will be back on track. I am going to the gym in a bit to work out for an hour. i do eliptical and weights and crunches and stuff. Im good with eating at home but in school i get an hour to go out on main street to eat food which has lots of restuarants like dunkin donuts, mcdonalds, burger king, and white hen pantry. I guess i could bring my own lunch but it is so hard to not crave things like burger king when they are around me. But i just need some motivation. Since i just started i dont tihnk i could lose 14 pounds for the christmas challenge but maybe by christmas if i stay with my diet i could lose 10 pounds. with your help i can do it :) good luck everyone
