Message Replying To From missy, Age 13 Ht. 5'4", Wt. 165 - breakfast- a piece of toast with some berry juice and a little piece of cake. lunch-turkey and cheese sandwich, cereal bar, bottle of water, carrots. after school- little piece of cake and a bowl of popcorn. ehh i know i didnt do greatt. but i have dancing for two hours hopefully that'll burn most off. and i have to work slowly and better each day that way i dont break down. |
