Ht. 5'7", Wt. 164 - *sigh* managed not to gain any weight over the holidays. I had some candy the week of halloween but had none after, and I had thanksgiving dinner but a proper serving of lean turkey and steamed veggies (fruit for dessert), but the weight refuses to come off my fat ass!! why!? :( I used to be 186, I'm now 164 and I don't feel any more confidant. It's weird like I used to be a size 14 and now I'm an 11 but I don't see much of a difference, some days I think I look thinner than others and some days I feel HUGE, yet the scale has the same god damn number. I'm so angry at myself. Today for breakfast I had a 300 cal breakfast shake made w/ 1% milk, for lunch I had 2 instant oatmeal packets w/ raisins (400 cals) and for snack after school I had a baked vegetarian samosa (250 cals) for a total of 950 cals today. I'm planning on having a 550 cal dinner which will put me @ 1500 total. This week I'm starting back in the gym ( i joined a study with the local hospital so I get a free gym membership and they get to see the effects of exercise on chubby kids, i feel like a guinea pig..) but whatevs I'm saving over 300$. Anywho, tuesday, thursday, saturday is weight/resistance training and wedenesday I'm taking 1 hour classes called "cardio sweat and stretch" so that will be my cardio. On days like today where I don't have a specified workout i'm eating 1500 cals and on days when I do workout I've been told to eat 1800 by my trainer. Let the inches come off.
