Ht. 5'9", Wt. 180 - hey ok i'm starting my new plan today...could you guys tell me if you think this is good? breafkast-special k bar lunch - either turkey sandwhich on wheat bread or some kind of soup or sald dinner - either salmon, soup, salad, or tuna(is tuna good for you??) and i will drink at least 8 cups of water a day excercise: 2 miles on treadmill (walking and jogging), 15 min. on bike, 2 miles on eliptical, and 30 minutes of dance dance revolution oh and i will have like 2 snacks every day (fruit)
