Ht. 5'3", Wt. 151 - long posts r inda annoying so i split mine into 2. What i ate today: bf:oatmeal-130 cals, lunch:salad-50cals, and pudding cup-60cals, dinner:veggies-50cals, yogurt:100cals, part of an apple:25 cals, other(handful of frosted flakes, chip from katie @ lunch, stuff like that)-150 cals, moonpie-230cals So iprobably ate about 1000 cals today. Pretty good. Ive been trying really hard to comsume more. Ive jut gotten really good and eating a lot of low cal foods. Weird, i never thought i would have to try to eat MORE instead of LESS. lol Hope everyone has had a good day :)
