Message Replying To From Isabella, Age 13 Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - The holidyas have been awful! I did aesome on THanksgicving. For the last six days I post my food, it all goes wellm then there are leftover pies and cokies and sweets, full of salt, sugar, heart-clogging fats and sugar!!! I messed up so bad. BUt today I though to myself: WHY?? I always feel better hwne I do healthy things mentally and physcially. I think it's just that it brings back kid memories, you know? NObody denies you when your're a kid, wen you might be a little twig and then bam! you get older, and you don't know how to eat healthily. It wasn't my parenys. it was me for not taking control of how much I ate. My top food challenges have been soda, second portions, and sweets. I've overcome a lot. but my doc says I still need to be 150lbs and feel so far away!!!! Can anyone relate?? |
