Message Replying To From Isabella, Age 13 Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - MY dinner: a serving of tilapia ( a fish), stir fry, 2 smal slices of Italian bread with olive oil, and potatoes. Earlier, after the banana and pudding, I got really hungry so I had a serving of baked lowfat chips with salsa. :0) I didn't have time to exercise. Did I still pull it off?? |
