Message Replying To From erica, Age 16 Ht. 5'4", Wt. 158 - Breakfast: 1 bite of an apple [it was yucky...i threw it away] lunch: soft pretzel, mustard, diet green tea dinner: 3 small slices homemade sourdough bread, 1 tbsp light mayo, mustard, 2 small slices deer meat,2 tsp's honey, about 12 oz. skim milk no exercise yet. i'll go on the treamill for 30 minutes and do 200 crunches, might do weights today |
